Please note:
We use a print on demand service for our mugs and tees to avoid over production and wastage and to allow us to offer a greater range of sizes and styles.

As are such these are non-refundable for change of mind or incorrect size or colour.
However, in case of a damaged product, incorrect item received or a manufacturing error, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

pointhorrorpod.com will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees pertaining to your order once despatched.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
